OPlanner
Full-stack semester + task planner built around student workflows. Reusable React components, Firebase-backed state, responsive progress-visualization dashboards.
The problem
Juggling a full CS degree alongside work means Notion, Google Calendar, and a stack of sticky notes eventually lose the plot. I wanted a planner that spoke the language of a semester: courses, assignments, due dates, milestones, and how far through the term you actually are.
What I built
A full-stack web app: React + TypeScript on the front end, Firebase on the back, responsive UI with progress-visualization dashboards. Built around semester-scoped planning, not generic to-do lists.
Highlights
- Reusable React components — progress rings, course cards, heatmap of upcoming load.
- Firebase-backed state — realtime sync across devices without a custom server.
- Responsive UI — the same planner reads cleanly on phone during a commute and on laptop during a study session.
Status
Private repo; living case study. Happy to talk through the architecture and trade-offs in a call.
